Hello
we noticed something quite strange.
A registered user's post shows as an anonymous posting.
We do not allow guest posts...

Form the backend
Author - Guest
Recipient - Correct registered users name.

When we try to update the author ..(component back-end)..it does not save and reverts to guest author again..

We've just issued a new build (same version) of the extension that contains a fix regarding this.

Unable to replicate the issue on local test server.

Try re-downloading and upgrade again.

If this still fails, extract the downloaded installation archive and try install to install the component manual (com_wallfactory.zip).

Still unable to replicate issue.

Did you try to extract the package installation kit and install just the component? (com_wallfactory.zip)?
