I tried to install the RSS context factory on Joomla! 1.5.0 running in legacy mode and got the following error:
        * XML Parsing Error at 84:98. Error 23: EntityRef: expecting ';'
        * Component Install: The XML file did not contain an administration element

I'm still rather new to joomla - is this an error with with 1.5 (despite legacy mode)?
