Hi.
In my settings system info the configuration file is stated as unwriteable. All other files is writeable btw
I would like to fix this but I cant find it.
Could somebody tell me where it is?
Also my site time and php settings time is off by two hours. Is there a way to fix that?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
