Voting Interval not working

Voting Interval not working 12 years 3 months ago #1

Went ahead and made Photo Battle live on my site, then tested it as a registered user.

I have the voting interval set to 7 days, but it lets me vote repeatedly for the same photo anyway. :(

Any way to fix this???

I added an extra condition to avoid this situation.

Okay, that fixed it partially.

Now it doesn't allow me to vote for the same photo again, but in the pairs (which is all I'm using) it allows me to vote for each photo in the pair.

Can you fix it so if one of the items in a pair is voted for, they cannot vote for the other one also, within that same time interval?

My site is for kids and they are already doing that, voting for both the photos in the pair. :(

That's ridiculous. So you have pairs voting and people can vote for both items in the pair? And I have to pay extra for you to fix that after already paying a lot of money for the component that's had one error after another?

Very pathetic.

Uninstalling the component right now. It would be nice if you'd refund the purchase price.

Please, please issue a refund! For the amount you charge for this component, it should work flawlessly. I am not a rich person. This was for use on a personal website of mine. I have uninstalled it and will never use it. Please refund my purchase price.
