Version 2.2.5 of Micro Deal Factory does not bring any new changes to the actual component compared to Version 2.2.4, updating now will make for an easier update to future versions.

What will break: Hardcoded Links, Menus, Modules.

Step 1. Backup your website and test the backup, we are not responsible for any loss of data.
Step 2. Go to [YOUR_SITE]\administrator\components\com_microdealauctionfactory\sql\ open uninstall.mysql.utf8.sql and delete all its content. Do not delete the actual file.
Step 3. Open the Micro Deal Factory 2.2.5 archive and go to: packages\com_microdealfactory.zip\admin\sql\ open install.mysql.utf8.sql and delete all its content. Do not delete the actual file.
Step 4. Rezip the archive and install it with the Joomla installer.
Step 5. Restore the "[YOUR_SITE]\components\com_microdealfactory\storage\" directory from your backup.
Step 6. Rebuild your menus and modules. Component configuration will not be changed.

What you have done is remove the uninstall queries from 2.2.4 and the install queries from 2.2.5
Since no changes have been made to the tables, the component will function as before.
Simply installing the 2.2.5 version would not have worked since the extension is renamed at a code level.
