Hello,
I would be really pleased if you could take time to answer to my here below questions. For me these are important questions before starting a web site project with MCD and evaluate the component added value.
Thanks in advance
Q1/ Could you please confirm that there is still no documentation (user guide) available at the moment ? Is it planned ?
By waiting:
Q2/ Logged as user in the demo, selecting the page “Earnings/Purchases”, could you please precise how the column “delivered” works in the “Orders Received” and “Deals Purchased” tables. Who sets the “delivered” column to true and when?
Q3/ How the administrator can know that an order was completed (work delivered) to the buyer ? Therefore, on which fullfiled conditions does the administrator can decide to allow manually (or automatically) the final seller paymant = Seller allowed to withdraw)
Q4/ In the demo, it looks like if any user can set comments or report at any time. Do you confirm ? Or could you explain please how and when the buyer is allowed to let report to the seller ? In the same way, for the “rating”, how does it work exactly ?
Q5/
Is it right to say that when the buyer orders a 5$ gig to the seller via paypal, Administrator is paid on its business paypal account and this is showen in back-end. And that, When the order is completed, finalized (work delivered), then administrator will pay via paypal the seller 5$-20%of 5$ (if withdraw commission set at 20%)
Q5.1:Is it right to say that the seller is payed by the administrator the price of deal 5$ - withdraw commission –Paypal commision ?
And the Administrator is payed by the buyer 5$-paypal commission ?
Q5.2: Does MC back end shows real banking accounting to the administrator (money received from the buyer after paypal commision) or is it virtual and based on the deals price payed by the buyer.
Q6/ Is the buyer allowed to pay with credit card ?
Q7/ Can a buyer or seller cancel an order
