first of all thank you for this great extension.

I would like to ask to help me with one thing. Maybe it is simple to fix that but I could't find a solution by myself.

There are signs "�" in the titles of "closed questions"

For instance here:

I know this is caused by wrong coding. But as far I can see there is everywhere set up "UTF-8" coding which is appropriate for my language (czech). It is ok everywhere else but in "closed questions" section.
