Hello,

Im new to joomla and I have installed the hot or not deluxe module.. it didnt come with a documentation file so Im pretty much lost on how to use it..

is there a step by step guide for administrators and users?

The component is standard like any other component. Nothing special.
Install, configure settings, publish menu module, then just use it in the front-end.
Where exactly did you encountered any issues?

I would like to create a page with the hot on not in it.. I cant seem to figure that out.

Also when I log in as a regular user I dont see a "summit image for hot or not" so Im not sure how the users are going to summit their picture...

Have you published the component menu module?
