Hello,

in the URL is "hotornot" (I mean "...?option=com_hotornot&task...", "...source=hotornot&...").

hotornot.thefactory.ro/index.php?option=...e=hotornot&Itemid=53

I'm afraid that this will be a copyright infringement. Is there any work arount to change this in some other wording?

Thats the component name in the URL. It's like that for all joomla components.

I'm absolute new to Joomla, so thanks for the hint. Have I use a plug-in or module for SEF, or is it also in the core? If you know a workaround for the link with SEF, I appreciate a hint. Otherwise I will search for my own, if you don't have the time to post it here.

It depends on what you want to achieve. Of course the more professional the solution is, then it will requiere also a higher budget.
My advice: Try first to accommodate to Joomla and to understand how it's work, then you can do a better research for a needed SEF solution.
