Hello,
I tried to install FEEDBACK FACTORY in version 3.1.2 and updated 3.1.3 on Joomla 3.9.24 with PHP 7.4. or PHP 7.2
It is impossible to place comments by a public or registered user.
Would I have forgotten to put a parameter?

Same problem for me. I try all of options but always show me

Can you place here the exact steps you are doing in order to replicate this?
