I just started using eBook Factory and it seems to be a good buy. I could now use some help getting things exactly as I want them. My goal is to generate a newsletter from my site's articles. My problems right now are:
1) The TOC seems to require that "chapters" are included. Any way to turn those off and just render the article titles?
2) My article titles are just showing up as regular text in the body of the pdf. The template I'm using should lead the eBook component to render the titles as h2. Other uses of h2 within articles seems to work just fine. It's just the titles that are not rendering correctly.
