Since allot of our customers are asking here a description of our Custom Work proceedings:

1. Please provide us a detailed Project Description.
2. If the Project description is detailed then we will be able to give you an exact Quote and not just an aproximative, which may vary allot.
3. Mail exchange to set up al the Details regarding the project, price, payment, delivery.
4. Start of the Project - depending on the agreement the project may start only after receiving the payment or an advance
5. Work on the Project - depending on the complexity of the project and agreement, continous feedback may be required from the client.
6. Delivery - depending on the agreement and payment.
7. Final Touchups and fixing if required.

Please note that a normal custom work does not include the intelectual rights. That means that the customer cannot sell it further, its only one license.
If the intelectual rights are also required by the customer then please mention that in the project description, because this has a huge impact on the quote.
