Chat window doesn't move on mobile 4 years 3 months ago #1

HI,
When I initiate a chat on my Mobile device, the chat window comes up all ok, but when you click in the 'Start typing' area, the keyboard of the mobile device covers the text area of where you are typing so you can't actually see what you are writing.
Is there anyway of moving the Chat window up or so it moves when the devices keyboard is initiated.
I've tried changing the container Padding & margin in CSS but it doesn't seem to work.
I just need to move it up by about 25 to 30% of the screen.

Any help appreciated.

Also a 2nd point/issue is when you are chatting to multiple users & you minimize there chat window, I'm losing the chat history between the users.
Ie when you open up the chat again to the old chat has gone.
Is that correct or should the chat history still be kept?
I have all of the 'Chat History settings' set to 15 so I would have thought at least 15 historic messages should reload.
