Still unable to replicate this issue on our local test server.
Can you replicate the issue on a fresh Joomla installation?

I have uncovered something, i can see the editor with v4.3 but not with 4.3.8
Can you send me v4.3.7?

You need to upload the tinyjce.min file again to make it work.

Just to let you know I was having the same problem. I read this thread and turned on Debug in Global Config and it solved it as well.
