I have opened a support ticket a few days ago, but have not yet received a response on how to fix this issue.

We purchase a new AuctionFactory license and received our update packet, but when we uploaded the file we now receive and error about a missing Template. Has anyone else received, and can we get some help with this issue? I don't see this template listed in the components sections of AuctionFactory.
