I would like to report some bugs in Joomla 3 version and also some enhancement :

1- When we submit an article from the Factory Manger it add it to the table "art_revisions" and gives it a content_id which is the last Joomla content ID. If we have an article created from the Joomla native form it will take this content_id. And we have a confusion then. Big Bug. in my opinion it will be better to insert the articles in the Joomla content table. No need of art_revisions.

2- The approve frontend view: Why we get to directly to the form edition. It will be better to have a list like on the backend and have preview button (popup which is great) and also approve or reject buttons for each article and on the the top same approve reject buttons with reasons for batch processing.
The form can be accessed if the approver needs to edit the article by clicking on edit button.

3- Add the option to include or not articles that are created from the Joomla native content manager in the approval work-flow.
