1. Set it up so that non-registered users cannot view the article manager.
Make the Menu that Articleman is published as "registered" - Click on the menu item and choose access level "Registered"

2. Set it up so authors can submit (upon approval)
All registered users can submit. Regardless of the usergroup they belong to. Just make a link to articleman available to them.

3. Set it up so Admin can not only submit but approve as well.
Go to Administrator backend, Components, Articlemanager, Settings
There choose the Restrictions Tab. You will see a select with "Allow users to aprouve articles" label. Select The groups you wish to have approval rights. Click save.
