Hi again

I have set up my PayPal gateway in the settings. But when an advertisement is submitted, it does not ever seem to go to PayPal for the transaction.

Is this a setup error by me or a bug that can be fixed?

The other issue is where do the advertisers enter their contact details so I can follow them up.
