No mention of 1 year license! 3 years 2 weeks ago #1

There is no place on the product page that says the product you are purchasing is only valid for one year. It is not mentioned in the shopping cart either.

This is deceptive and I am highly disappointed. After spending nearly $300 for a product, working on it for a year, learning there is an update, then being told I cannot update it without a whole new purchase is wrong. My site was never even live.

I will no longer recommend thephpfactory to our clients and our colleague's clients.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

There is no such thing as "the product you are purchasing is only valid for one year", so your statement is purely false.
You can use the product forever! There is no limitation on time usage!

The only limitation per license is for product support and updates.

This is not deceptive at all since all this information is clearly visible under our terms&conditions.
So please you should be more careful about launching any false statement and unfounded accusations!

PS. Not to mention that till support expired for your order back in 2018, you have updated the extension a couple of times.
