Sample Data - Bulk Import CSV - for Collection Factory 4.x.x

This CSV shows the order for the fields.
Of course the names have to be adapted for what each site has defined as: category name, state, condition.
The header should remain always the same!

Import functionality is available in Backend - Settings - Import/Backup - Import from CSV.
